Thank yoou so much for the tip on how to make the mushrooms and onions, I've searched for a while, most of their technique is more for a 1 big pizza cake, I have to make 60 small pizza cookies. Your way of putting them in the freezer and cut is the best. Thanks again!

Ranoya Rano rose essence or lemon essence - both will evaporate off but unlike vodka they will leave a flavour

QueenOfHearts808 this is just a basic Cassie Brown, but any airbrush (so long as it hasn’t been used for anything else other than food) can be used. I know a lot of pro bakers now use the fake tan airbrushed often found for £15 in Aldi/Lidl
