Very nice video; a look into an amazing time and event. At the time what did people think of Admiral Bird? What was your favorite site or memory of the World Fair? Thanks

I was not there at the Worlds Fair. I inherited the Ted Shaw Sr. film collection. I knew Ted Shaw Jr. the little 8 year old boy in the film. I met Ted Jr. when he was in his late 70's. He was going to throw out the film collection but I asked him if I could have them. I plan on donating most if not all file copies to the Chicago Film Archive. Ted Jr passed away in his 90's a couple of years ago. I watched him grow up on screen!

I never saw any 16mm FILM equipment. It may have been given to a family member long before I entered the picture. Ted Jr. was using video equipment when I met him. @@Y-gz8mg

I would love to meet Victoria Price myself and tell her that I have been a fan of her father, Vincent Price, ever since the 1970s, and how much I enjoyed his work on television and in the movies that he made, and I would tell her about the crush I had on him from late 1973 to mid-1978, and about a scary dream that I had about him back on January 9, 1973.

Wonderful interviews (both parts 1 and 2). So fascinating. I first noticed her as the hilariously angry wife of Stan's in Blotto (1929) and was always happy to see her pop up in various other films with L & H as well as Lupino Lane and many other comics of the day. What a lovely and talented comedian/actress.

I’ve been working my way through the Laurel and Hardy filmography. Having never known about Anita Garvin, she was very noticeable in some of the silent shorts. I wanted to find out more about her, and that led to me finding your interviews. Thank you for posting these!

In Vincent Price's biography, Victoria Price referred to William Castle's biography as "dubious." What things were dubious? I am guessing one thing is that William Castle wrote a play in one night that got produced?
