Canis root, Imp stool and River Betty make an excellent paralyze/damage potion! And the higher level alchemy level you are the more damage and price of the potion becomes!

My Annihilape Build Level 100 Nature-Adamant Ability-Defiant Item-Shell Bell Tera Type-Ghost Moves-Rage Fist, Bulk Up, Screech, Drain Punch EVs-Max Attack and Defense Hyper Trained You need to have a pokemon with intimidate with you. Also the heal cheer wasn't needed, I just did it to cure the burn.

There is a paralysis poison that you can create but it doesn't look like this color. Its more like dark grey. The ingredients are Canis Root and Swamp Fungal Pod. The Imp Stool mushroom is another ingredient.

Thing is, normally these spells have very low level caps so they quickly become ineffective as you level up unless you use a few mods or alchemy cheats.

Not really. With all the perks of the illusion skill tree + the vampire lord boost to illusion + dual cast, you can frenzy/pacify enemies up to level 90 iirc. And that's not even factoring necromage + fortify illusion enchantments. Illusion mage is the second most broken play style in the game after stealth archer.
