I like that you used the word trauma referring to child birth. I dont know your story but I get it. In general I feel child birth is definitely traumatic. That's how I felt anyway. Share your story when your ready.

I’m your twin hair sister from Romania haha Had course dry wavy puffy frizzy hair, did the Japanese straightening treatment, washing it Sundays too haha However hair stylists adore my type of hair, it’s stays as styled effortless by them but lots of work for me😊 P.S: also using Kerastase for majority of hair care products
