Yes. That's also how it tracks temp during sleep and for period tracking also. There is another app called CF that's only 50 cents

Good video, one small constructive criticism would be to lower the music volume a bit. With your fairly deadpan voice it can be difficult to hear what you're saying at times.

The music is awful. It sounds like someone is kicking a kid every few seconds and the music is too loud. The author does not say if the Smartthing app has to be downloaded to start the process. Not enough info on here to be useful and the music is awful.
