@@SusieYang-g7x yeah you can apply in advance so that you can select your date of marriage when he arrives here. And you can apply through tourist link since your partner is a tourist.

Hi po, yes sa online lang po lahat ng application po. walang hassle po yan. wag na po kayo mag third party kasi mabilis lang naman ang application. Mapapamahal lang po kasi pag nag third party pa. like 300aed lang naman ang cost pero pag nag agency ka 500aed ang singil nila. tas application lang naman. madali lang po basta ready mo lang mga docs na kakailanganin para smooth ang application mo po. tapos punta lang kayo dun sa araw na nag marriage niyo.

@@careneflores3331 for the court fee/ application fee is only 300aed po. Tapos iyong gastos na namin papuntang abu dhabi and hotel kasi galing pa po kaming sharjah. Yun lang po.

sa Online portal po ng abu dhabi judicial court. after niyo po ma submit ang application and docs niyo po then you will an email from them if rejected or if approve they will send you an email for payment. and about sa date of selection it depends po sa availability ng court.

Yes. You have to attest it to MOFA before you will proceed with the report of marriage in the consulate.

There’s no need for that. That will be later in your consulate If you want to register your marriage in your country.

Yes. Based on the documenta that you have attached during application. When you go there, the marriage certificate is already prepared and waiting for your signature and will be given to you right after.

Hello! This is extremely useful video, many thanks! I was trying to find some guidance for the civil marriage process and this video is really great. We will be processing our application then also as tourists if it’s much easier. The process in AD is more straightforward than in Dubai. One question in case you know - we are thinking about a date in mid- September but wanted to apply already in July. Do you think this is possible or it is better to start applying closer to Sept? And did you certify the document later by the MFA?

it would be better if you applied now so that you can secure your preferred date. And if you mean attested our marriage certificate in the MOFA, Yes, because we needed it for the report of Marriage in our consulate to legalize our marriage in our country.

@@leejenarosario5590 did you do it in the tourist link? Cuz threes no Visa attachment in it. Kindly re do the application. Attach the application form and both of your passports. Or else if both of you are residents then you can go to the residents link, visa and EID attachment is there.

If you wish to have a civil marriage here. Then you have to apply it online. It’s only online application. Check the video for the procedure and requirements for your reference.

Hi po .. what if I choose the residence as we both are residence and have emirates id ? Is there any difficulty in applying? And second do I need to download the application form and after getting the sign then I need to upload it on the Abu Dhabi court online ?

yes you can choose the residence link, it's not much of a difficult it's just there's a lot of details to include but manageable. I once tried it in my first attempt. Then about the application form, yes you need to download, filled, signed by both parties then upload it in the website.

If you mean extra is charge. There’s no. You will pay only 300aed and you will pay it to them as well during your application. Just prepare the required documents.
