Also, in my 30s and can only talk to cats :-/ on the brighter side, I have the vermicular deep Skillet also, but the oven-safe version. I want to get the oven pot 2, but they do not sell it in the USA yet. Maybe I will also try new things like you.

It's good to have a cat friend. Animals will always be there for you. 🫶 The oven pot 2 also seems nice...! I'm currently using a Staub pot though. I love vermicular brand.
Greetings from California, just wondering what are you filming on and what do you use to edit?

Hello:) I've been using SONY ZV-E10 recently. But the first few videos were shot on an iPhone12 mini, and CapCut and Adobe premier pro for editing software! I am not very good at using them so far...!

I got one too and love it.😊almost use it every day. There is a Vermicular Chef channel that shows how to cook fried rice without sticking the pan. kzbin.info/www/bejne/eoWwaZ6Dm92grdksi=CEwhIvrNV4kGoxXC

Is it parchment paper and is it oiled? On the bottom and the top or not? And what temp you put it on too cook?

I made some frozen dumplings from Costco and they slightly stick on the vermicular pan. I never thought of putting parchment paper on them. Don’t know how it’ll work with the frozen ones though. Anyways I will try your recipe also they look yummy :-).

Thank you for your comment:)) I arranged the dumplings on a sheet of parchment paper and then turned on the heat. Once the skins were browned, I added water and steamed them over low to medium heat for about 5 minutes. I haven't tried frozen dumplings, but they should probably work just fine. By the way, according to Vermicular, make sure to preheat thoroughly, turn off the heat, and wait for the smoke to subside before arranging the dumplings. Also, it seems to be better to steam it with about 2 tablespoons of water! It may vary depending on the type of dumplings, so please use this as a reference:)
I also have the vermicular pan, heats up fast and draws the moisture from food quickly, greetings from California

Thank you for your comment. It made me happy to know that the Japanese frying pan is used and loved in countries other than Japan. Also, I am happy to be able to interact in this way through videos. Your comment motivates me to continue making videos. Thank you.
