@arti2901deer Yes, ghouls and humans, but only components are fertilizer and bones. I highly not recommend because you may lose out on legendary items.

@arti2901deer I'm not sure. It maybe if enemies are close to building area, while you're in build mode. Vault 88 is a pretty big build area for easily scrapping enemies.
