Do you have to bleed the system afterwards? If so where does the coolant level have to be at cold temperature and where does it have to be at warm temperature?

At the 3:45 mark, we instruct to fill the tank halfway and use the sight glass on the side to verify the correct cold level. Nothing else should be required prior to running the engine.

Request you make a transmission line solution for the existing GM Sierra 1500 V8 unit applied to the 4.3 V6 Sierra model ... the radiator fits fine and the routing is there but the OEM cooler scheme is for the radiator is totally different. GM radiator PN GM (84186716) oil cooler and trans cooler integral.

No check valve is needed on the outlet before the intake? Why would the accord 1.5L turbo need a check valve but the civic does not require one?

A check valve is required in some fashion, yes. Otherwise, you will more than likely experience a vacuum leak.

Notes from following the video: the hood lamp switch is in the way of the tool (my wrench) for removing the lower bolt on the drivers side radiator stay strap. (Could be removed earlier) and the step of disconnecting the upper primary radiator hose appears to have been edited out.
