Hey! I have been dancing more interpretive dance and whatever comes to my mood.. I was directed to one of your videos from 11 years ago and it touched every point. Literally, I appreciate your honest work and its obvious you are connected to the divine and sharing with the world.. Incredible. Is there any way I can contact you?

I have such fond memories of dancing with Andrea. She really knew how to let the dance be the medicine while supporting us to go deeper into discovery.

Superb interview and film about Open Space!! Thx to everyone involved, including podcast host! ✨🥰
I'm glad I had experience this kind of dance in a group. When I looked at part 1 to part 6 videos! I understand and can relate much to the participants. This is just an amazing experience 💞 thank you for posting these videos 🌹

What is Beautiful in this kind of dance is EVERYTHING flows natural, everyone becomes naked and vulnerable. PURE HEALING ENERGY COMES IN🙏

@Corbin Salvatore really? Is that not a virus? & hack our accounts in reverse? Is that something to do with this dance therapy? 🤔

@Immanuel Royce have you tried? I'm just curious but I won't do that that's beyond my limits 🤩 but there's nothing to do with this dance therapy right? 😂

love the way you can dance your emotions and embody them it's very liberating. it's also revealing what rthmns you avoid I didn't particularly care for chaos because in me it felt angry and incontrollable and I was always concerned where I'd end up. fascinating stuff. on the other hand I loved flowing because I was always curious where I would end up!

did five rhythms for a year back in the eighties never forgot it one of the best years of my life. it freed up my body awareness and enhanced my martial arts practice perfectly. doing the rhythms was like doing tai chi but it wasn't confined to a style or was MY PERSONAL Tai Chi. its wonderful what your body can do once you let go.

Wow! Couldn't have said it any better Kier. Brave ~ Blossoming Souls! ♡ especially "You could be pretty but." I have not had to deal with parents verbally pushing this concept but have known from a young age the importance "looks", "shape", etc. plays in 'their' lives, and in turn, has played in 'my' life. It is acceptance we all want; As Is. We Are ALL Worthy Of Love *where can I find a class/workshop?
