when you are fighting a single character just take 2 jokers who does percent dmg of they're health when killed and then i use batman ninja batman to crit they're the rest of the're health with the second speciel

This method is wrong. You can't just go changing the elite level. You have to adjust the row in the augmentation card section (two rows below the last augmentation slot). Then you need to go back in-game and then promote the card using the promote button. THEN you need to go back in and change the level to 60.
