Can't even begin to tell you how happy it makes me that this video has helped so many... I was very new at making videos when I did this. I actually cringe watching it now 😂. I've considered doing it again now that I've learned so much more in the filming and editing field.

Sounds like an issue with their voice activation software. They will probably do an update soon if enough people document it.
@Skunk725 ай бұрын
Hope they fix it! There used to be a setting called VOX that would make it constant open mic. Unfortunately that setting is not in the current software.

Looks and sounds pretty good. I tested my new insta360 Ace Pro with a cheap $3 mic and was pretty happy. Ride safe.

Love it when you can make something work for just a couple of bucks! I've been wanting GoPro to unlock the Bluetooth for years. When I heard they did, I had to try it. Still took some work though. I had dual audio sources that had to be enhanced then blended.

I tried this Set up with my Sena and could not get them to link up. Went with media mod and a Sony Lavaliar Mic and pretty Happy.
@Skunk725 ай бұрын
I was happy with my purple panda and tascam set up.. I was just kinda sick of the wire coming out of my helmet on the days that I was not filming. I am curious why the cam and Sena wouldn't link up though.

Great to see a video from you! I just got back from South Dakota and used a Hero 7 to do all of my recording. I'm thinking about updating to a dji camera. My Hero 7 was sufficient but I had some grainy sections in the video.
@Skunk725 ай бұрын
I had absolutely no intention of getting a new camera... The thought of being able to get rid of the wired mic got me. Thankfully I had so many old electronics laying around that I got the new camera free.

I am 5’6 should I go with the sundowner to move me forward towards the controls? Also would like to keep passenger seat if possible
@Skunk7210 ай бұрын
I would honestly check in with a Harley dealership to see if they have demo seats. That way you can throw it on your bike and see how it feels and looks before you put the money into it. You may even be good with a saddlemen step up. It will push you closer to the controls too. Just not as far up as the sundowner would.

Great video. I’m currently riding an FZ6R, but I’ve been curious about the MT/FZ-07. The commentary from a Harley rider is just the feedback I’ve been looking for. Most videos I’ve seen have been from people that have ridden sport bikes/naked bikes almost exclusively
@Skunk72 Жыл бұрын
It was definitely a fun ride! I started to get uncomfortable at the end of the ride but that's because of my messed up knees. Thanks for watching and commenting. Stay safe out there brother!

you know wy a harley rider likes the mt 07 engine its firing order is like a 90degree L like ducatie its the 270 krank so it has a lot of downlow torqeu i think at 2000rpm it make 60nm and max is 68nm so just cruising and then just blipping the trottle it will feel responsive and yes i have one to only front suspension coulsd be better nut i have th e2015 model i thinkk 2018 is better

I truly appreciate your video and you really explained it well. Only one thing I would add to your technique, use some kind of oil catch under the filter removal, that way you avoid a future motor mount replacement. That oil will destroy your motor mount rubber.
@Skunk72 Жыл бұрын
Thank you for the kind words! I have started making a little runoff ramp out of cardboard to catch the oil from the filter. I would like to redo this video eventually. It was one of my first and my filming and production skills have greatly improved.

@Skunk72 Жыл бұрын
I have not done any work on an SE. But it is still a dyna but with a 110CU engine. All procedures should be the same with only fluid capacity possibly being a little different.
@kkc3009 Жыл бұрын
@@Skunk72 thanks it was identical to the 110 that I have here I was just looking at the wrong bolt. Somebody way overtightened the torx bolts on the derby cover and I already drained it GD it! Twisted a brand new t27 and they're semi wallor'd out now MF SOB
@Skunk72 Жыл бұрын
On my first fluid change, I changed my derby cover. While doing that, I changed out the torx screws to some allen heads. Over the years, I have eliminated most of the torx on my bike. Glad you got it done and didn't have to pay an absurd amount to have a dealership do it.
@kkc3009 Жыл бұрын
@@Skunk72 thank you I'm doing it for someone else and didn't expect the torx were to be so tight. I'm probably going to have to cut slots in them to get them out to change the primary oil.
