Man, as a white belt watching these in slow mo really gets your creative juices flowing. I really love how at 3:10 he takes his supporting arms out from guard to make him faceplant.

Wow, that was amazing! Lower ranked belts go full speed. Black belts are so perfect in their movements, they hardly look like they're moving. Just earned my Blue belt and after watching this video, I wonder if I even deserve it!
