@@AdamMovementTherapy I guess some are just progressively worse than others. I had to have the bone grinded down and a small pie piece of bone taken out of the toe with a pin in place for a while on my other foot years ago. Now the other one's turn I guess. It is painful sometimes. Like working on my feet all day or wearing ill fitting shoes. And its hard to find good wide shoes. I hope these excercises can help others! 😊
