Hiii I'm from Melbourne but the sun is definitely really cruel here and it's direct heat, so you can see the pure white light radiating from the sun because the pollution is lower here. I'd recommend you use SPF 50+ because the Aussie sun can be reaalllyyy harsh and takes some time adjusting to (especially with the heatwaves we have going on right now). We do have other SPF options like SPF 30 and stuff but it's just not that strong anymore and for me Ultraviolette is a really good brand with minimal to no white cast (but it is expensive) or Beauty of Joseon also has SPF 50 sunscreens and they work for me too- but for your body I do recommend the Australian brands. Hope this helps :)
