They have that distinctive tone. Makkah will start at low tone and slowly getting to high tone. Meanwhile Madinah they start at high tone. Eventually, nowadays I found that you can hear Makkah sound in Madinah as well, and also Madinah sound in Makkah, depending on the muazzin. 😊 But the distinctive sound and technique is as what in this video describe. 👍
