sir at 10:35 P1 can enter C.S then P10 then P2 can enter but After that P10 can finish using C.S then p(s) will keep s=0 only... then due to while loop it can access the C.S again running v(s) and use C.S again... Like this the entire 10 Processes can enter C.S right? Please correct me if I am wrong...

Sir, Watched your videos on floating point representation, but I am confused on 2 points. 1. agar question me dia hai IEEE 754 to bias exponent me "E = e + 2 power (n-1) -1" lete hai. 2. agar question me excess-K dia ho to "E = e+K" 3. agar kuch na dia ho to. kewal exponent bits bataya ho to kya use krnge. (ye point me confusion hai sir). please sir reply on the comment. I am unable to find any solid answer. and I trust what you say.
