I went there 12 years ago at 18 and I remember that ceramics table. I had a dolphins and the artist painted it so beautifully. Im sad I dont have it. Im going there next month so excited to makes memories with my son

I'd say it's safe for anyone who doesn't ask for trouble. Small surf town. Trinket shopping, farmers markets and beach activities is about all there is. The booze intoxication risk is on the individual not a gender

We just stayed at this property and had lots of issues - rooms need major maintenance, rude staff at reception, food is bad, a lot of things in our room were not working. Major thing is that internet does not work in the rooms. The video above and on the hotel website look much nicer than reality.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience. This room in the video was like it was indeed. I believe that they can have rooms which are different. Front desk stuff was polite in our case, it was nothing wrong there then. People who served food were superpolite, but food was not great for sure. We had many people bitten by the bugs, us including. Hotel told us it was no-see-um bugs, not sure what kind of bugs it was indeed. After Barcelo Maya, this hotel felt too small and crumped but was ok.

I disagree, I stayed there for this past semana Santa week and this hotel was amazing. My family and I had a great time. The facilities were great, staff was friendly and supportive, and the food was just fine. The food isn’t going to 5 star Michelin quality but it is just fine. We had no complaints. I would recommend this place if you want it get away from the hustle and bustle of being in Puerto Vallarta but still close by.

I went there last year. You couldn’t PAY ME to go back there. It was awful. The food was worse than an elementary school cafeteria. And the customer service was terrible.

I’m hoping it’s a LOT nicer! 😀 We usually stay at RIU Palace Resorts all over Mexico, we love the RIU properties (the only reason we aren’t going there this time is because they are closed for renovations).

No les recomiendo venir en estos momentos est fal no hay comida mi hielo ni cervezas no hay luz ni para cargar el celular sin luz Laz en las habitaciones la comida fatal nopales. Con cebolla las verduras a esas los restaurantes de especialidades nadamas para los premium muy mal cérvico nosotros no tenemos la culpa y ellos ce lavan las manos no es justo no venga. This review is false! The food here is beyond disgusting. This place poisoned my family so severely my 6 year old had to get emergency IV fluid and is still suffering from constant nausea and diarrhea. All 5 of us got EColi from this place.

@@allrandompicks4648 I've been living here in Cuernavaca Morelos Mexico for many years. Great weather, sunny, spring like weather all year round. Nice to be able to sit outside all day and enjoy a coffee or a drink. There's plenty of places like this in Mexico.
