As a bank fisherman I feel your pain. Our lake is flooded right now too. It's definitely makes fishing challenging. I enjoyed the video even without fish. Personally I think more people should upload videos like this. It's the part of fishing you rarely see on KZbin but it happens to all of us and I think it helps give people that may be new to fishing a more accurate picture of what fishing is really like.
@mickaburkhart14Күн бұрын
Thank you. Yeah I agree. It's not always pulling hogs out of the water. It's more so for me anyway the chase. And a huge bonus when it works out.

Just finished the video, I think I will give those glasses a try. I generally go with Walmart specials because I either break em, sit on em, lose em, or drop em in the water, but my last two pairs actually wore out, so maybe I can treat a good pair ok. Although my track record with good (expensive) sunglasses is terrible.
@mickaburkhart143 күн бұрын
Lol yeah I was the same way. But man they definitely do make a difference.

Just looks like a beautiful day to be outside. Birds singing, blue sky, not too hot out yet, if you catch a fish, great, if you don't, it was still a great day. My local stretch of the Tennessee River (Wheeler Reservoir) is 6' above full pool and they are moving 93k cfs over the dam. Most I have seen in the last 14 years living here is 8' above pool and 105k cfs. These last few storms have hit pretty hard. Stay safe on the shore for now.
