Hello, thank you for your question. This is the warning that the autocontrol function is reaching its limit. This means that the transmitter is probably dirty and therefore too little light reaches the receiver. Please clean both sides with some water and a lint-free cloth if necessary. Tolles Video! Für mich erschließt sich aber noch nicht: Wie kann sichergestellt werden das ein externer Dienstleister wie beispw. Leuze eine Befähigung besitzt? Sick wirbt mit der externen Dakks Akkreditierung. Ist das notwendig und hat Leuze auch so eine Akkreditierung?

Hallo, bitte entschuldige die späte Rückmeldung. Vielen Dank für das Lob und die Nachfrage. Eine Akkreditierung ist nicht notwendig, da sich diese im Wesentlichen auf die Abläufe innerhalb der Firma bezieht. Wichtig ist jedoch einen Nachweis der Befähigung einer Person für diese Aufgabe zu haben (siehe Auszug TRBS1203 unten). Dies stellen wir durch regelmäßige Schulungen für unsere Mitarbeitenden sicher und die entsprechenden Zertifikate und Nachweis können jederzeit (auch vor Ort) vorgezeigt werden. Auszug aus der TRBS 1203 2.1 Allgemeine Anforderungen an zur Prüfung befähigte Personen (6) Der Arbeitgeber kann mit den Prüfungen nach der Betriebssicherheitsverordnung auch externe Personen oder Unternehmen beauftragen. Die Verantwortung für die ausreichende Qualifikation der jeweiligen zur Prüfung befähigten Person für die sachgerechte Durchführung der Prüfung der Arbeitsmittel verbleibt beim Arbeitgeber. Bei der Beauftragung muss der Arbeitgeber die erforderlichen Anforderungen an die Befähigung berücksichtigen.

Actually it is very hard to align the laser beam using the mirror stand especially with 3 mirrors, i installed MLD300 many times and it always takes a lot of time to align it, because the IR Beam is not Aligned 100% with laser beam so when the laser beam hit the receiver in the red reflector the IR beam is far away from the receiver and i have to move the laser some where out randomly until the receiver triggered on. Basically based on your luck!

Thank you for your comment. Please note that the laser alignment aid is only intended to make the infrared light beams of the MLD devices visible. A high precision of the laser beam is therefore not required, as it is only a tool to support the alignment process. Minor deflections of the laser beams usually have no impact on the alignment process due to the conical beam expansion of the infrared light beams. mir ist aufgefallen, dass kapazitive Näherungsschalter oft eine maximale Schaltfrequenz von 100Hz habe. Wieso ist das so? Gibt es dafür eine technische Erklärung?

Hallo, vielen Dank für Ihren Kommentar. Die Schaltfrequenz von kapazitiven Näherungsschaltern ist technisch bedingt begrenzt und in der Regel niedriger als die von beispielsweise induktiven oder optischen schaltenden Sensoren. Wird Material in das elektrische Feld des kapazitiven Sensors gebracht oder entfernt verändert sich die Spannung des Kondensators. Der Auf- und Endladeprozess des Kondensators benötigt dabei Zeit, wodurch die Anzahl der Schaltvorgänge, die pro Sekunde durchgeführt werden können, begrenzt wird.

Hello, thank you for your interest and your question! Transmission to the cloud takes place via an IoT gateway, which makes the OPC UA-based data from the device available to the cloud connector. The code readers from Leuze use the OPC UA Companion Specification of the AIM Association for Auto-ID devices, which defines uniform data structures and access methods.
