Solder light cord wire strands together , the screw will tightly bind into the solder . Place a drop of Loctite on screw heads .

When you suddenly get this code and message about 60 min till derate be sure 100% it's broken wire to DEFdozer.Remove fairing on passenger side,disconnect plug from the dozer, 30 inches to the left pull yellow tab all the way"UP"and disconnect "that BIG connector" with 15 pins.Now take a tester and check if the 2 wires from dozer to that big connector are good,not broken. Usually broken wire can be found 1 inch away from dozer.

Why didn't he check the EGR for carbon buildup and the EGR manifold for buildup which caused other issues. Also this issue can clog the dpf filter as well🤔 why not let your viewers know of the other possible problem problem resulting from a leaking EGR cooler. And question is what are things that can make an EGR cooler fail mechanic.

I just had one of these 5 minutes ago, I never got to the rear end of the line, the front side was so goddamn stuck I couldn’t do shit, carefully torched it to not melt any lines, me and co-worker pulled that wrench hard AF, even had him hold the 7/8th, put pressure on the 1inch, then hit the 1in with a goddamn air hammer and it didn’t so much as wiggle So if got any advice for how to un-fuck my specific situation that’d be great lol for next time I get one

My wires look the same as your harness wires but I’m not getting the same problem as yours it don’t restrict my speed in driving, it’s flashes red STOP light on and off, and cuts my engine off on me, I just keep turning the truck off then on and it goes away I don’t know if that may be the same problem as yours I wonder if you can help? I haven’t changed the harness worse because my harness nut is stripped. Just my luck

Forgot to say my truck Volvo vnl 2007 with D 12 engine and today is August 22 nd 2023.

I find air leak on air to air ( long green hose on the engine) It was hard to remove, lot of work. Gasket cost me $40 CAD. I test my truck but boost sensor showing only one quarter which is bad. Then I block radiator on passenger side bottom and driver side on the top also blocked with air gauge on it. Then I find new big hole in radiator. I bought new radiator for $790 CAD and installed everything back. I tested my truck everything is good except near turbo. I want to say how I was going repairs the new holes start showing because I have way better pressure now. Today I am gonna replace that two rings and hopefully I will not find new leaks. Thanks for video I was little bit lazy to record everything because it was lot of work for me.
