Sir,when u are pressing the compressor discharge tightly with the thump finger, is this compressor off or not.how we can determine the pcb is working in good condition or not

How to disconnect the charger line? Gas doesn't come out, compressor doesn't lose pressure?
@grumpsyb91917 сағат бұрын
Thank you for such a simple and clear video. I've ordered blindly everything that had "drum *insert your washing machine brand and model here*" in the description, 2 of each. Whatever I won't need, I'll just return with full refund. Let's hope it'll be only shock absorbers or springs, because I really don't wanna open the drum casing and mess with ballbearings (which obviously I've also ordered) 🙈

Electronics and Communication Engineering Graduate here... We have studied about Modulations in Analog and Digital Communication Subject in our 4th Sem... Well in case of PAM.. you multiply the 50% Duty cycle Pulses to the Analog Sinewave to get PAM output, then we use hold up circuits to flat up the top of PAM signal... You cannot multiply Rectified 230VAC with FBR(full bridge Rectifier), but can be done with BJT, MosFET or IGBT, but... That Switch is going to waste a lot of energy (in many cases upto 30-40% of output power, an it will be running in Saturation Region.... So here they are not multiplying the signals at all.. but using 2 FBR in parallel to handle more power, distributing Heat dissipation.... And using PWM modulation along with 50-60Hz Quasi Sine wave superimposed,it is done inside the Microcontroller onboard... And switched by IGBT or MOSFETs

Overall, the guy explaining knows nothing about electronics and power topologies
@forevertechenglishКүн бұрын
Thanks for sharing your perspective! It’s always interesting to see how different people approach these topics. However, some parts of your explanation don’t align with how these systems work in real-world power electronics. For instance, multiplying rectified 230VAC directly isn’t practical or relevant in this context. The use of MOSFETs or IGBTs under PWM control is a standard approach to manage efficiency and power delivery. Advanced power designs ensure losses are far lower than the 30-40% range you mentioned, especially with modern switching topologies. The FBRs in parallel aren’t just about heat dissipation-they’re part of a broader strategy to handle higher currents effectively. Also, the modulation here isn’t limited to the microcontroller but integrates multiple power management principles to optimize output.

I have these same issue in the same pcb main filter capacitor is ok.the compressor is trying to increase and decrease the rpm in the running stage and when i am pressing the discharge of the compressor tightly with the thumb,the compressor off and error occured after some time.when i am not using my thumb on the discharge line compresspr work for a long time.i have these same error F1 also. Which are the components i need to check.pls help

Impressive video, Forever Tech English. Eager to see your next upload from you. I hit the thumbs up icon on your content. Keep up the amazing work. Your explanation of the rectification process was particularly enlightening. How do you think the choice of diodes influences the overall efficiency of the power supply circuit in designs like these?

Correction: motor speed control via triac uses phase angle control, and hence voltage on motor. Faster or slower pulses have nothing to do with phase control. Honestly, I can't belive you didn't say what those pulses are. Those are zero crossings of AC input voltage, for triac phase control. Dc voltage of 330mV doesn't mean anything in analisys of those waveforms.
