What to consider... do you have your CDL? Quick redneck math says it'll be hard to do everything you'll want without a CDL, can you retitle the bus as a Motorhome? That buys you the classification you'll need. Make retractable axle hooks on the outside or some way to lift the jeep to wrench on it. The bus will be a good anchor for something like that... maybe the ramp can be flat with legs and serve as a small lift when it's not a ramp? I don't think that roof will give you the R value you'll want if it's an RV, consider a flat top if you're going to build and extend wall anyway. Onboard air tank, extend it somehow beyond the airbrakes. Make a rail system on the outside wall for pop up shower so mud stays outside. Pressure washer, on demand hot water system... other thing is some parks are sand lots for parking... how would this thing get back out should it get stuck in the lot (knowing where you wheel).
