Just saw this video. Wonder how true the story about the dead police officer is true. Hope it’s not just for a quick sale. Also the instrument cluster doesn’t store the mileage like another poster said. The CCM (central control module) is the box that has it and that is located deep in the dash behind the radio.

Just too bad that the XJR starting that year was limited to 121 mph just like the non-supercharged XJ8s of this era. That was verified at the Proving Grounds in another You Tube video. I'd settle for a 155-mph 390-horse '04-05 XJR or S-Type R, or even a 140-mph base pre-2003 S-Type.

Hey everone. I'm from da future. This engine will leak coolant, burn oil, leak oil, and the rings will dry out and crack. expect all sorts of problems with this car.

@@MechaTronic161 however my dad's old 2008 4.8i x5 was rear ended before it had those problems so my original comment is not 100% true because the problems the v8 had could have been acelerated or caused by the the vehcle being rear ended.

I still prefer the B6 front end and the 2.0 t is Audi's worst engine. The B6 3.0 the S and the RS are the ones to get.
