is there an hp tune I can buy specifically and direct tune it or is it a more in depth project, I am going to do the cam phaser lockout on my truck and I am looking for easy to use tuning platforms

Hp tuners is by far the easiest platform to use that I’ve found. Forscan is probably next in line

Nice clip. I’m currently swapping a LS with a e38 harness/ecu into a C10: I was wondering if I could use this harness an ecu an just use hptuners an flash it an go from there for tuning purposes.

Yeah the harness works for hp tuners.

@@drewjohnson5402 is the thing you pick up after plugging it in just a toggle switch? if so how is it wired in corresponding to your pinouts/wire locations. Thanks in advance!

Yes that’s a toggle that’s wired in for the ignition on off wire. You don’t need to cycle the ignition with hp tuners but other tuners may require it

Thank you! Very useful info. Pinouts for the TT instrument cluster connectors have not been easy to find. This was a pretty critical piece of the puzzle.

Thank you, from your video discovered pin 23 is for LCD backlighting, now I can reassemble this cluster knowing that it works.

Just came across this video, certainly helps to a degree. You would also have the diagram to connect to vagcom etc to do needle sweep?
