We always called it “pull hit” because you pull your hands apart to make the 360 flip and arms stay in position 😊

Try focusing on the toss and release first before you start thinking about catching it. Try tossing it and letting it hit the ground in front of you several times before attempting to catch it. You can even run away or wear a helmet if that would make you feel more confident in releasing it! 😉

We call this a toaster turn, for me an around the world means a carousel/backscratcher type thing w an extra spin behind the back. Its my favorite :)

actually how its supposed to be counted is 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 3 4 5 6 then if you do your drop stop then it'll be drop stop.but thats how we count it.you prob count it different and thats ok.and keep up the good work!!
