I would guess so.. 😅 The scenery is beautiful here, especially in the winter. Everything becomes green and lush.

Love Ponto! I moved to Leucadia as a teen from Florida with best friend in 1977. We had started yoga at 16/17 (us two High School boys were the only males in yoga classes back then) and we were headed for Encinitas to be near Yogananda's Temples as we belonged to SRF as kids too. Our first home for a few months was right on hwy 101 near the 7-11 near Ponto. I played music full time so I had my days free....surfed many mornings by myself at Ponto right in front of where you are standing.....and most times with just a few friends. It's nice there to go out to the ends of the two rock jetties. I moved to Oregon to help build a multi-home spiritual retreat community in 1979 but recently returned here (just in time for Covid-19!) and aside from more people it is still a great place to be. Blessed New Year in 2025!

@@gabrieln3613 thank you for sharing your incredible journey! You were part of the foundation that made that whole area. So beautiful and spiritual. I hope you're glad you came back! It's sad to see how much development has happened, but one of the things I really appreciated on my walk that morning was seeing how much community there still is. People hanging out at the coffee shops and talking and walking their dogs. It'll be forever favor a spiritual place. Even with roads and apartments everywhere.

The problem is Devil runs the world. He is liar and murderer. This is the reason why all people are spoiled and the whole world is Sodom. That's why we've got the Gospel about the God's Kingdom. Jehovah would put everything in order. He's anointed Jesus Christ. The dead will be resurected and we'll see our loved ones again! :-)

My suggestion is not use plastic wrap ..just use a bandage. I just use lint or 100% cotton pieces that i cut and add the Castor oil then wrap a bandage the Oil doesn't soak through... I just started using the Castor oil lsdt night after 4 months of suffering a fall and small fracture but sadly the ligaments and tendons hsve not healed and still causing me issues .. Time will tell .. Nothing to lose by using this method...
@yogawayoflife5422 ай бұрын
I agree, the plastic is simply to keep the oil off the sheet. I love chosen however, it absorbs the oil. It just gets messy. @@alicat8687

Sorry for the stupid question but what kind of cloth do you use to soak the castor oil? Is it a face wash towel or like a dish towel?
@yogawayoflife5423 ай бұрын
@@CrocusSeal a It's actually a great question and I'm sorry I didn't explain that in the video. I am a quilter, so I used cotton batting cut to the proper size. You could use cotton pads or cotton cloth. I do not saturate the cotton. I only put enough to hold it in place. The other secret is you do not have to throw them away or wash them each time you use them. I just took it off in the morning and then put it in a plastic bag till the next time I used it or until it got so grungy I had to throw it away. I just kept reapplying a little bit of fresh oil each time I used it. If you use too much too, it can get very messy and it will destroy everything it touches. It does not wash nicely.
@alicat86872 ай бұрын
@@CrocusSeal I cut up an old clean bed sheet into the size I need which is for my ankle and the right side so I have around 6 pieces, I just drizzled enough then let it soak in... I then used a bandage to keep in place, I shall be using it continuously until I heal from a 4 month old injury which is still causing me pain, however I seem to have more pain since starting using this oil last night. Wishing everyone better health. Be great when No resident will say I am sick, we humans were not created to get sick, thankfully soon this will come true. In the meantime I have to be a patient patient....

This is so wonderful for me to see! In the late 1970’s I had a T-Shirt that said exactly that phrase with the fish on a bicycle! I still use that phrase today. I got the shirt from a girl I lived with in a foster home in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Troubled times they were as a teenager for me. But this girl was all about female empowerment and inclusion as well as individuality. She was a great role model for me at 14 years old. And now as a much older woman I have passed that strength and sense of self worth on to others. Both male and female. Thank you for giving me a moment to reflect on ❤🦋

GOOD but if youre using it for a broken bone, wrap it gently snug NOT tight snug or you will cause pain 24/7 on the broken part. using the saran wraps box with edge cutter is much easier and it will give you a nice precise cut for your wanted piece and a flat starting edge for the next pullout from the box.
