Every time he’s throwing that left hook, he drops his right, have him hold a pad in between his elbow and body while he throws his hook and if the pad drops have him do 20 pushups every time. Combo and stance on point tho coach. somebody will time that right hand dropping tho , just a heads up. All love family keep up the hard work and dedication, all it takes.

Your gym is way too expensive compared to other boxing and combat sport gyms. $250 a month and u can only attend 3 classes a week ? Rip off
