As a dude who has been cleaning dryer vents for the last 7 years and uses a similar air tool i highly recommend taking the vent cap off. Push the flap up on usually the left side of that style flap and you'll really get the views. It's way easier to turn your tool for elbows too

I find it quite unprofessional that your not vacuuming up, nor catching, and if the lint debris coming out of that duct. I would assume that would be included in the cost you charge°
