That’s how I cut the 562 baffle out…the 572 and gz5000 baffles are different though..a lot easier to remove

Aaron if one looks at real good you could open that hole at end of the baffle wide open you (free flowing) creating a long tube header right into an expansion chamber. Open the end of the baffle and put a secondary exuast port on the face of the muffler. In the end you'd get automatic exuast velocity,expansion then suction to free atmosphere

346xp from experience. But it was hotter setup with finger ports. It keep up to a stock 372xp until u got into bigger wood . Mr brisco did a comparison with 4910 550xp and 261 . The 4910 beat them .

Where are you at? I haven’t seen that model here in Canada. I’ve seen the 545xp, but it has flippy caps. 😉

The 543 has been around 10ish years. I honestly haven't seen one here in NW ON in at least 8 years. It's a badge engineered Zenoah 4300. The 50cc 545/550 is definitely more common. The 543 was intended to be a spiritual successor to the 242, but I don't think it really caught on.

@@jimssawsnstuff8903 That is correct, just a normal carb with mixture screws on them. I'd be curious to run one against my 242, but I doubt I'll get my hands on one anytime soon.

I have a 242xpf . Ported 543xp feels like it has more power then a stock 242. But I have few more 242xp I’m working on. I’d like to port it and send to Dyno joe to see if they gain much ported.
