I remember when I played that game for the first time - random duel, vital lady who was summoning carnivorous plants vs synthet chick who was sending mechanical horrors to kill me. It was the longest, stressful duel of my life. Yet, I didn't give up as the music kept me going and the colours, spell chants, beautiful graphics... Damn, that game still holds really well. It's damn pretty.

I still have the original game on CD-ROM and didn't play OpenTyrian or Tyrian 2000 until years later. Among all the tracks that weren't in the original game, this is probably the one that I actually like.

I've been listening to your entire remastered Tyrian soundtrack at work today, thanks for bringing these songs back; I have a lot of memories of this game. If you ever take suggestions for games to consider remastering/enhancing in the future, I would love to see Skyroads get this treatment someday, I feel it had an underrated soundtrack.

This was originally the final stage of NES Zanac. I was very surprised to hear it in Tyrian. Just wait at the High Score Name Entry screen to hear this tune in the game.
