If anyone comes at me showering me with questions I'd just snap out and shout at them to shut up, that's too distracting, you don't have time to process the info!

I had an SBO several months ago...that, combined with my cancer made the hospital we went to terrified to keep me since it didn't have an oncology ward. They took good care of me until they had transferred me, though. They put a tube into my stomach to empty it out, morphine, the works. Thankfully I didn't need surgery and I just needed the treatment they transferred me with.

I saw a couple comments on it, but in case the algorithm brings people like me into this months later: Do not restrain someone during a seizure. Roll them to their side and get as many things out of the way as you can. Restraining them will cause injury to you or them in some way. It may be mild or severe, but holding them in place is a bad idea. Source: I'm epileptic and was held down during a seizure. I was held down and my left arm was dislocated. Now my arm occasionally gets locked into a position and needs forced back into alignment. Hurts like a bitch when it happens.

Crazy to think people believe that a dust mask will protect you from a disease lol. hospitals are not supposed to have dust masks they should have the proper ones but the average person had dust masks or glorified underwear on their faces

There is a part of me that does agree with Han. Being a doctor is like any other job you need order and competence and rationality when someone is underneath you. However he singled out Murphy the moment he walked through the door and no matter how many times he prevailed it was never enough. Now I am not a doctor. But I do understand what it means to be a part of a team. We fail together as a team and we succeed together as a team. When someone makes a mistake you don't treat them like a burden you help them correct it. Hans problem is that he expects everyone to be at the same level as him. Maybe in a professionally his subordinates need to be at the same level as him but there's still room for humility

When I was 17 I gave birth to my oldest son he was 11 pound hours in labor he got stuck and allot happened, after everything i was bleeding out hemorrhaging, they packed me and put me in a room the nurse put my son on me to Brest feed, she was rough when adjusting me and I felt a sudden gush I told her something was wrong she ignored me and left, I remember I started to go cold and shaking uncontrollably my mother said I was whiter then the snow, and I blacked out my mother called someone in and I had to be transported to another hospital I had massive internal bleeding and a bunch of other things, I just remember how rude that nurse was and wish she took me seriously she almost killed me by ignoring me

Seeing this is pissing me off so much, NOBODY should be neglected like this ESPECIALLY a woman who is in or out of labor, stuff like this should be a crime because we the people have trusted the hospitals to take care of us and make us feel safe. --- Stuff like this burns me up and clearly those who chose to do this should not have their job anymore if they’re gonna start doing this type of shit to those are literally dying! --- If folks don’t want to help at the hospital then why are they even bothering to even work there if they’re not gonna help?!
