Thank you sir for a great tutorial, I didnt even know that this was possible! I tried it and stepped onto error messages and found out that it was missing a semicolon: =GOOGLETRANSLATE(A23; "en"; "es") - " A23; " this worked like a charm. Thanks!

Thank you. I would love to learn more about how to do FAST analysis of a client Marketo instance overall. Lets think of having to do an audit in a very short amount of time (days not weeks). Would it be just running these individually one-by-one and then drop all of that into a table?

That is the way I do (not tables but spreadsheets for each asset type). The Python Client that Jep Castelen maintains would probably be more efficient though --> github.com/jepcastelein/marketo-rest-python

Hey Jason, thank you for the content. How would I get the munckin id? I am working with admin for Marketo, and she provided me with the Rest API info that included client id, client secret, urls (endpoint/identity) and authorized user url, but no mention of a munchkin id, what is that and how would I request that from her?

I actual realized it was a part of the endpoint url. But that leads to me getting the same error message the id is unkown :\

I assume you mean is there a way to get it through the UI and not using the api (not just Postman)? I don't believe it is possible to get it through the UI but then again the API folder ID wouldn't have much use if you weren't using the API.

I'm not sure if I understand the question but if you are using Marketo landing pages or emails, you can use tokens to personalize pages and email.

Yeah, I download the transactions and I use a python script to normalize the fields and layout but you could rearrange them manually as well.

Great base. How do you split a transaction into different categories? Have you ever used the new Lists feature to support this? I personally use YNAB but am researching for a young friend to help him set up a budget.

Nice callout and something this should have. I will work on it. I assume I will need a junction table to for the transaction table and category table so that they money can be split.

You can copy the base and then you should be able to click the field headings for formulas and see the formula

Is your budget tab monthly or annual?

It is annual. I use the pct to budget column to track how I am doing throughout the year. For instance at the end of June we'll be 50% through the year so I can see which budgets are over 50% allocated and see what may be going on.

I can do a video on it as it is more involved than other api calls. You can either use the get activities endpoint (developers.marketo.com/rest-api/endpoint-reference/lead-database-endpoint-reference/#!/Activities/getLeadActivitiesUsingGET). You have to get a paging token and you can get up to 300 results at a time. You need to specify the activity type. Form has an activity type id of 2. The other option is to use the bulk activity export (developers.marketo.com/rest-api/endpoint-reference/lead-database-endpoint-reference/#!/Bulk_Export_Activities/getExportActivitiesUsingGET)

Yes, you can use the GET emails endpoint and then use the folder parameter. You do need to specify whether the ID is for a Folder or Program. developers.marketo.com/rest-api/endpoint-reference/asset-endpoint-reference/#!/Emails/getEmailUsingGET
