At 7:26 you have set the P0 to Cool function, at 7:45 you have set the temperature to 25 degree and the machine starts its function. It shuts down when it reaches 25 degree. In which function do we need to set the trigger temperature to switch it ON again?

In every box of the jelly mix product I used, there was one packet of jelly mix powder along with one packet of jelly premix powder. To prepare the jelly, I simply mixed all the ingredients as directed. Other brands of jelly products may consist of only a single packet of jelly powder in their packaging.
