In the noise modifier, you will find at the bottom "Restrict Frame Range". Which basically puts a start and an end to the effect.

Interesting. Following this collision, no relief deformation was considered. Can you improve this example by creating an impact crater?

Thank you! The shadows are projected on the body as it is an image plane, so it is basically an object that can receive shadows.

Thank you so much for such a great detailed video, thanks a lot sir, you've been doing a wonderful videos, they've been so helpful for me as an individual film maker, please sir I would request to not to stop making such videos, I would also request you to please teach us how to blend VFX and CGI plates in the video like they did in the lord of the rings and hobbit and also please make a video on set extension like how we can use the matte painting for the set extension. please sir it's my humble request.

Thank you very much for sharing. I am a beginner, and I have no problem when using your video for tracking. But when I add an object to the scene, the object sliping. I don’t know why. Various tracking parameters have been adjusted, but the problem has not been completely solved.
@unrealab

One of the common reasons for the objects to slide is the framerate of your 3D scene. It has to be the same as the video. In our videos it is 25fps

I don't know if you are still viewing this, but with the current version of blender, my camera is moving, not the empty objects created by the tracker. When I do all of your steps, the camera solver makes the camera move instead. any help?
@unrealab
@unrealab Ай бұрын
I think that because you are using the camera solving instead of object solving. In the "track" panel of the motion tracking, you have to select the "Object" tab, and here as default you should have "Camera" as the default solving target. You have to click on the "+" icon in order to add the "object" as the target for the solving.

Great Video, Very well explained. One question, if modeling for game assets isn't it better to use Tri's and not Quad topology, or will the game engine just auto convert it ? Cheers :)
@unrealab
@unrealab Ай бұрын
Hi, I have to be honest, I don't do game assets, so I can't tell you if triangle-based topology is better in that case. It's certainly better for standard modelling and for animations that involve surface deformation.

To make the color ramp behave more predictably, put the color space on the image on Linear. This gives you more granular control over the range of greys you will be using. Since you still want srgb for the proper color of the color map, put a gamma node in between the texture and the color socket. Put the gamma on 2.3 so your colors behave as normal. Alternatively, use the image twice and put one on srgb and another on non-color.

Are you viewing it in "Rendered" mode? It's hard to help without seeing your node setup. Or you can check: Select your object, go to "Materials Tab" in the properties panel on the right. Scroll down under Settings > Surface > Displacement and make sure it's not set to "Displacement Only"

great toturial, extra question, i have extra green keys of extra persons without the camera movement, how do i put those persons in place so perspective keeps right, because ive placed them in the scene, fixed position and scale, and it doesnt match with my charachters
@MikkoRantalainen
@MikkoRantalainen Ай бұрын
If you have shot the extra persons from incorrect perspective, it cannot be fixed easily. All persons should have been shot in position where they are in final part of the frame for the final footage. For example, if somebody is going to be on the left side of the screen, he or she must be shot against green screen so that he or she is on the left side of the screen in the green screen footage. And yes, it sucks if you only find this out later. In theory you could create a 3D model of the person, project the textures from the original green screen camera direction and then move the person around the virtual scene to get another camera angle but that requires full 3D model of said person to be successful. And even then you may have to manually paint the part of the texture that was not visible from the original footage but is now visible in the new position within the camera view. (For example, imagine somebody having a tattoo on their right shoulder. If they were facing camera on left side of the original footage, the tattoo is not visible to the camera. However, if you later decide they "should have been" on the other side of the frame, the tattoo should now be visible. And as a result, you would now have to paint the tattoo to the part that wasn't visible in the original footage. It's possible but very time consuming.)

The same as the response in the other video: "the complete workflow is explained in one of the previous videos, how to link the plane to the camera, how to scale it in order to keep the proportions of the scene and so on. We didn't repeated here to don't repeat the same things in each video"

Hi, I don't see in the tutorial how you attached the plane to the camera so that the plane is always in front of the camera. Seems there is a camera solve aspect of this tutorial that is quite important. thanks

I have only one issue with this video. The glass vase on the table is a terrible example for photogrammetry. Anything transparent or reflective causes huge issues with photogrammetry projects and should be first painted with something to remove the reflections and transparency.
@unrealab
@unrealab 3 ай бұрын
Hi, you say right that in photogrammetry you should not use reflective materials and in general elements that move, because this obviously deceives the solving of the scene. And in fact the glass object is perhaps not the best example. But if you notice, though, in the video we deliberately used as examples of markers the edges of the table and not markers present on the glass vase, precisely for the reason you say. The example is meant to show how, even in the presence of unsuitable objects, tracking should be done on stable markers that do not move. Perhaps this should have been made clearer.

How do you make her walk in the water?
@ishigirihayato
@ishigirihayato 2 ай бұрын
I imagine, theoretically you would track her feet and then place blocks or simple foot shapes are. They would move according to the tracking data. Then maybe you'd want to add some details of water in front of her feet to make it more realistic (splashing), I'm not sure the best way to do that part though...
