Super fun topic! Do you feel that with newer cultivars of bermuda being more winter hardy, they can perhaps avoid this weakening in a bluemuda stand? I am surprised to hear that the bluegrass might compete so well with bermuda!

how this grass tolerates heat and when there is little or no rain

HI Doctor! I live in Greenville, SC (USDA 8). I'm looking for a high end fescue seed for my lawn to plant this fall. I was looking at using RTF FESCUE WITH HGT BLUEGRASS. Do you have any recommendations otherwise? Thank you!
