When I see these orchestras performing FF music, I always hope the musicians understand just how beloved this music is, and just how much we appreciate them.

In the Bloodborne suite, by the end, when all the instrumentals drop and all you can listen is the high pitched high meaning vocals.... Special silent moment for me. Cheers.

The people sitting upstairs had no idea what they heard... This was majestic! What a beautiful arrangement of a masterpiece game! The execution was flawless and poignant! I had chills during the whole piece... Bravo!

How?? How is this less viewed than the ,"[OJV] Final Fantasy VII, Symphonic suite - Live Orchestra"? This is such a brilliant performance.

Immensely overpowering and wonderful... but the cherry on the top? It would've been hearing a driving theme of the Falcon's melody right near the end... lost opportunities despite so much wonderful melodies....

Going from the light-hearted, hopeful, and wholesomeness of Mario to the pitch black bleakness, despair, and absurd morbid beauty of bloodborne is a very bold transition, but a very much welcomed one.

As good a job as they did, the incessant deviations from what my ear has been trained to expect renders this arrangement a butchering for me. I love the original.

I'm Old-School, so the Legend of Zelda, Super Mario Bros. and Megaman suites wear simply MAGICAL for me. You don't understand what it means for a child of that generation to hear these early console themes skill-fully woven together from many games and over many years in a superb orchestral medley. It strikes a very sentimental nerve. Orchestrator/Arrangers Andreas Hedlund and Nils-Petter Ankarblom deserve an Order of Nostalgia for this work. Full props to the musicians and conductor as well.

I'm so happy to have stumbled upon this. I sometimes feel as if I'm part of a small, exclusive group as a fan of FFVI and its unrivaled soundtrack, but I can't be happier to see that I share my love of this game with many more people than I previously thought.

That sudden stop brought tears to my eyes. If you've played FFVI, you know exactly what plot point that symbolizes and it's so very sad. And then a bombastic version of Terra's theme after. Beautiful.

Good to see Stephen Colbert indulging his least-known guilty pleasure of conducting a world class orchestra performing video game music from 1994.

The performance was outstanding, and I was equally impressed with the audio and visual recording. If you wear good headphones, it sounds like your sitting on the audience listening live, and I like how the camera would change to focus on each of the various soloists. Fantastic work all around well done
