Why is this something we need to see? How about helping and responding before anyway has to go to that awful place, where people aren't treated like humans. The rehabilitation programs, are only active on paper, no helps once released and NO tries to help if you find yourself behind bars, which can be any little thing in PBC or Florida as a whole.
