Not really. the issues are with the Momentum line, not the travel trailers. Additionally, its Lipperts fault not Grand Designs since its Lippert who manufactures the frames.

I feel a lot of the RV's these days are looking a little less than they used to. I have a 321BH from 2023 and love it. Once you add your personal items to the RV, its home. :)

You all have the talent; but it’s your videoing..learn to pause exterior full view of the rig on all sides. Same for the interior. Most watching are on their laptops and desktop 23-24 inch monitors or like me 70 inch LED …and it can get dizzy….

This video was taken from a 2 hour LIVE stream we did. We do not have control over the aspect ratio of the camera during the Stream. It does NOT allow us to choose which means the camera views are closer which is causing some of the things you mention. If you watch one of our normal videos, I think you will find all of the great suggestions you made accounted for. Again, Congrats and thanks for nice comments and suggestions.

A simple suggestion; always vid the entire living area from the entrance giving us a layout. Then go over the details. Otherwise it’s a maze ….the same goes with every room.

2 WAYS. 1 Check with your Vehicles manufacture about towing capacity. 2. Call your local RV dealer that has the RV you want to buy and ask them the same question about your potential tow vehicle. However, this being very small and light, You could probably get away with almost any vehicle that has a good tow rating, but PLEASE confirm. :)

Braun ramps are great. Arm lifts are even better especially w electric Sprinter. Prefer shower without edge for disability transfers.

72" wide bed IS a king bed. Every one of these I've seen, all have king beds in them. That reduces the walk around space around the bed. This camper could use a LOT of improvements, like overhead storage in the bedroom. The under-bed storage is lame. It should just be a huge box but it's not. It should have a medicine cabinet instead of just a mirror in the bathroom; a shower curtain instead of a door because it gives you a feeling of more space. The table attaching to the sofa is a bad idea. Use a folding table instead! It could be stored behind the sofa. The shelving needs to be improved in the storage closet! These are all the reasons why I'm NOT going to buy this camper. It's a shame because all the other features of the camper are perfect for extended dry camping, or full time living, which was why I was looking into it in the first place; for lots of CCC and huge holding tanks!!

Thanks for the detailed comment. I agree with all except the bed dimensions. 72” is an RV king. 76” is a residential king, so at 72” you would need to purchase an RV mattress.

Unfortunately the Manufacture does NOT list the mattress size other than saying it is a "Queen". Best advice would be to call your local dealer and ask for the exact mattress size. Happy RVing :)

when life gives you frame failure, market it as "increased basement storage". I would love go take these bare show units across a Cat scale to see what their actual weight is vs sticker numbers.

Lippert does. There are very few manufacturers that make frames in house, Northwoods, Outdoor RV make their own. That being said, one of the reasons we just bought this same unit is because KZ has special customs built into this frame, a lot of extra crossmembers are welded into it, and the drop structure is much beefier and reinforced. There is no reported issues of any frame failures on a Durango Gold.
