Is anybody else really struggling to unscrew the tip? I can't do it and I think it's clogged so can't get in to clean it

My first disassembly went rather well, thanks to you. I was having some trouble with my trigger, it wasn’t sitting correctly. Hearing you explain how it should feel when engaging the valve made me realise it needed to be nudged slightly. Fixed everything. Thanks!

Hey, I realise you stopped making videos 5 years ago so may not see this, but I was wondering if you could give the dimensions of the base you made please?

More lub is not better. When you lube something wipe off excess please. A very thin layer is all that is required.

My trigger won't press down and there's a mystery spring in the box (looks like a plunger/airvalve spring) but I don't know where it's suppose to go. Any advice would be appreciated.

Great tutorial. I’ve had mine for about 20 years and it sat in its wooden box that whole time. Out of necessity I just started using it and wow it’s amazing. One thing though …My needle won’t come out just by loosening the needle Chuck. When I try to remove the needle it springs back into the handle. Any idea why?

Good explanation, but I got stuck at 5:30 during the re-assembly, and found that I had to first thread on the spring-loaded trigger-return rod and verify it operated correctly, THEN the trigger back plate, and LASTLY the trigger itself. Once the needle is inserted it all comes together, just like TPS says. The caution regarding the trigger-return rod you mentioned during disassembly helped tremendously. Thanks for posting this!
