If it is for a travel, no visa is required for up to 90 days, only need visa if you want to live/work there.

Brunei sucks it's very quiet, nothing to see, walk and something else and unlike Malaysia got some buddhist chinese temple and hindu temple, no 7 eleven and family mart.
