For a rear scz shock. Im 10 mill short for the recommended static sag of 30. Im at 20mil only, got my race sag right at 105mil. Stock is at 45nm. Will going to a 48nm solve the 10mm short and hit static sag right at 30mm or should I go 51nm instead?

Hi Joe, got a too soft of a spring with my fse300r stock. I've hit the race sag right but static is 10 mill short just at 20mil. Will swapping out to a 48nm spring resolve this issue or a 51nm would do the trip. 190lbs geared, 40s, c rider if that would help. Thanks for your input should there be any.

If you pay more than $2,000 for a Chinese bike you got fucked. $4,500 should have got you two bikes with a box of parts. You can justify your purchase however you like, one of my local dealers has this brand in there and they're equally as crappy as ex Moto's or any of the other Chinese knockoff names that disappear overnight. No difference between that bike and the shitty Amazon ones. Really big mistake

I hate the CCP,.. but the Chinese people ae just like us. I'm sure the people making these bikes are proud of their work and product. They know what's up. No I haven’t owned one and I wouldn’t own one not because there not a good value but because I race mx and I need to know the frame is capable and I need suspension that is up to the task The TM has KKE forks witch are not the best Chinese forks available. If money isn’t a issue and you can find a 2023 K6R buy it it now has kyb suspension on it

Great bike modern day kdx200 and yes it is the old Yamaha DT230 motor so it’s very reliable

I personally have never seen one it doesn’t seem to be very popular amongst the Chinese off road bikes so I would look at the suspension first make sure it’s fully adjustable with rebound and compression on the forks and shock the motor is the same old bullet proof as many others so upgrades are available

Very cool! I have a XPro Templar 250 aka Trailmaster TM35 aka Zuumav K5-CB250 with 830mm non-adjustable inverted forks. I suspect they are KKE but unsure. I am very interested in obtaining some preload spacers for my forks. I thought I was just gonna cut some PVC because I'm old and that's what we did. Well, I also used to install schrader valves in the caps. Do you know which forks come on my bike or must I find out first? Thanks in advance. Nice work making these low volume necessities.

The Kayo K-6 is the best Chinese bike out there yes. But the Trailmaster is #2 there not far apart and. An it's about $1,000 dollars cheaper. But both are great bikes!

Good Morning Mr. Henner… I just recently purchased a 2022 Orion RXB 190 L. Apparently there is no manual for this. May I ask for your suggestions on torque specs for the front and rear wheel axle bolts and nuts. I will be needing to adjust the chain tension on this bike. Also I have heard that this 2022 Orion RXB 190L is a clone or similar to the Honda CRF 150, therefore parts compatible? It certainly revs a ton faster than a stock flywheel. Did you have to make any adjustments to the timing or fuel air mixture on your carb? It seems like it has much improved throttle response.

What is your overall impression of this bike so far? How many hours to date? What things have you had to dothat were outside of regular maintenance? Your must do mod list? Does the motor width interfere with braking and / or shifting at all (ie. Is the motor is a too wide on the brake side like on the GPX 450)? How does the clutch hold up when the bike gets hot and the clutch gets a lot of use? Thanks in advance for any info you can provide. I am currently on a late 80s XR 250R and interested in comparison(s) to my machine. I just realized you are in the Syracuse area- I live in Northern NY near Canadian Border. It's nice to know that someone with your expertise is close by. Looking forward to you next post/ video.

It’s a great bike definitely my favorite of the air cooled I don’t keep track of hours because I’m always swapping between stock and mod motors when testing new parts but I do have motors with 200 hours on them without any issues as far as you othe questions I don’t find the brake to be so bad I use a smaller ktm tip the 2022 shifter is better than past models but not perfect as far as the clutch I abuse them but I also ride these bikes constantly so I’m used to adjusting on the fly as the stock plates swell the guys that complain have switch to the Honda crf230f plates from Barnett and have no issues. Must do mods I’d say flywheel key and jetting outside of that it depends what your actually using it for I offer many different options for this particular bike

The motor itself shares some compatible parts with the crf230f but not everything
