I had a feeling I had pcos because I have hypothyroidism during my middle school up to high school and I struggle losing weight it was embarrassing 🙈I notice I would lose my cycle for 3 months. I take metformin and it help regulate cycle

Human conception requires an egg and sperm. Poor ejaculation ,If you're not ovulating, you won't be able to get pregnant. Anovulation is a common cause of female infertility and it can be triggered by many conditions. I know this is an old video but I just wanted to comment in case somebody needs to hear this. I started medication before the one-year TTC mark, they did star light but it got the ball rolling. If you know you have an infertility issues like PCOS find a doctor who will start treating you before that one year mark they are out there see a reproductive endocrinologist if need be. Don't wait and don't let anyone tell you that you must wait.

If you don’t mind me asking, when she first started physical therapy to try and walk again did she cry like it hurt her when they tried to stand her up from pressure, I’m asking bc we are currently in the hospital with my 17 month old he was diagnosed with this a little over a week ago. I can’t tell if it’s a hurt cry or frustration cry... Thank you!

Taylor Willis hi there! I’m so sorry you’re going through this, I know how tough it is. To answer your question, yes she was in a lot of pain anytime we tried to move her at all. Even putting her diaper on we had to roll her to one side, slip it under and roll her back over and she would scream the whole time. She didn’t wear clothes for the first week because anything on her body hurt. The first time they tried to sit her up on the bed she screamed bloody murder... it’s like their whole body is having a root canal right now and they’re nerves are hyper sensitive... hang in there, it DOES get better ! I think if the woman is over 35 years old, they say they will help after 6 months of active trying. Active trying includes trying to lose weight if needed as well.

Not to long ago I found out I had pcos only because I checked my on going health conditions that I remember I never had any type of test that would actually diagnose me with pcos other then having irregular periods

Hi, I was just diagnosed with PCOS yesterday, I'm 23, 24 next month and we've been trying for 6 months, but haven't used protection for over 3 years. My doctor put me on Yasmin for 3 months, metformin for 2 month and some medicine to treat my UTI.. I'm worried about the birth control, I a few cysts less than 2mm on both ovaries, she said after the 3 months when I stop birth control, we can check on the cysts. She recommended I lose 6-10 lbs, and gave me a diet full of fruit and oatmeal.. I'm just so worried about birth control because I want a baby.. I've never take birth control pills before. Do you have some advice?

Shawna Michelle hey there ! I know it can be insanely frustrating during this process. I did this video about 4 years ago and a lot has changed in my life since!! Almost 2 years ago, shortly after having our second daughter I went onto a ketogenic way of eating. It’s low carb, high protein/fat. I’ve lost 130lbs, and have put my pcos symptoms into hibernation! I now have a regular cycle which I never had and things are overall so much better as my hormones are back on track. So instead the berries and oatmeal, which are both super high carb, I would look into ketogenics and give that a try! I’ve helped 6 other women with pcos lose weight and get pregnant naturally :) good luck !!

Thank you for sharing .. I too was told I needed to be under 200 before my OB would prescribe any helpful meds .. I previously conceived my daughter at 275 lb and had a healthy active pregnancy and delivery. So I don't know why I have not been able to conceive again in the last 2 years of trying ☹️.. probably need to find a new OB and definitely need to do the temping.. I always wake up to my daughter buying out for me and then have forgotten to temp before moving 😩... thank you for sharing. I pray another miracle happens soon for us

Thanks your video is very helpful. The basal body temperature thermometer is a normal thermometer for checking the fever? Or are they different? Also we are trying 6 months now. I dont bleed every month if do its very light. I didnt know how to check temperature i understand now. So i should check the temperature every morning frst day after periods end? Also i will give low dose aspirin. U said should atleast take it for 6 months? My hemoglobin is 14 shall i still take folic acid? I will be visiting fertility soon aswell.

So happy for you that you have two healthy babies. I have endometriosis but I ovulate regularly--but the doctor thought clomid couldn't hurt besides it gave them more control. Using clomid does increase your risk for ectopic pregnancy. I was not told this nor did I pay much attention to it when researching. I had an ectopic pregnancy and ended up losing one of my tubes. Just want to warm people that clomid also causes some issues that may not be worth it.

If you`re an infertile couple, please give a shot on the “Sοkοpο Wοzz” (Google it) I highly got troubled with the results that I was getting from the West prescriptions. I was able to conceive right after having a healthy diet plan and having planned acupuncture treatment plans for several months. Seeing my year old child roaming around the house is highly enchanting. get much about this excellent plan from Google.
