What rifle make an caliber is the rifle the young lady uses on giraffe and zebra. Looks like a Proof Elevation MTR 2.0? My son 11 year old wants to take a giraffe on our 2025 trip.

(Hallo Sir, this is the reply from Mr Smith, both of the girls shot Giraffe & Zebra): if it’s Kyndi it’s a custom build 300 win (purple stock) Rylee shooting a Fierce CT Rival 7mm REM Mag I would assume Rylee considering Kyndi shot her giraffe with my Rum(orange stock), would highly suggest 300 win for his 11 year old or a 28 nosler! (Hope this helps Sir, I can send you Mr Smiths contact details if that can help also.)

@@excellentsafaris9462 Do you happen to know what bullets they were using? I have the same caliber but my PH says it is too much gun. After watching this video I disagree completely, every animal went right down! I really would like to know what bullet they were using…Barnes, Swift, Cutting Edge, etc? Thank You!

They used Barnes TXS bullets Sir. Apologies seen this only now!

Was that an accidental discharge on the second buff hunt? I like the drone views and that the cameraman didn't chase the animals with the drone.

This isn’t a safari. This is trophy hunting. Are you aware that the indigenous Maasai are being evicted from their land to make way for white people with guns? Visit the Maasai and look them in the face before you slaughter another animal with your weapons.

Also, it needs to be added. These are very expensive hunts and the money is used very wisely; A very big percentage of the hunting fees goes to the extremely poor villagers in the area, where they get all of our most all of the meat that is not cooked for supper in camp. Additional monies goes to water supply infrastructure schools, and medical facilities. Without hunting, these villages could not survive much longer. Also, the animals taken are past their prime and usually have been kicked out of the herds due to their age, so it provides new healthy animals to continue the reproduction process, which was so highly damaged by poaching in the past they heard were poor, unhealthy, and rare hunting has brought them back to beautiful healthy levels, In addition, a big part of those funds go to the anti-poaching campaign.
