Actually these titles are from the 1954 Blue Ribbon reissue (6/5/54). This cartoon was reissued twice - once in 1944, and again in 1954. The original closing was kept on the 1944 reissue but replaced on the later one.

Not just Canada, but almost all countries outside the US. Just like Army of Darkness, this is due to the movie originally being distributed overseas by Dino De Laurentiis Communications. Starting sometime around the 2000s, Amazon MGM acquired some of their catalogue titles and still (amusingly) currently holds the non-US rights to some of their stuff.

Incomplete capture. There was also a 1995 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment logo that came before the Fox Video logo. The year in the title is also incorrect. This VHS release is from 1996.
