I rarely have Negative Feedback in which the problem was my fault. Most of the time it is the Post Office with late delivery, or Post Office putting 200 pounds on a tiny package, causing damage. I'm going to be including more information in all my listings and also a package insert to encourage customers to contact me if there is a problem. However, in the past that does not squash the rage of emotionally charged Negative Feedback that eBay will allow. How does everyone else deal with all this ???

This is once one of my most favorite toys. Plenty of detail all around, to encourage the imagination. Plus, many movable parts. And, furniture fit well inside. Pooh could go in the beehive. I was not a kid who would destroy a toy, so mine had all the stickers until it was given away.

Dang... haven't been there since 05 - 07 and downtown just looks sad now. Kerens used to be riddled with filth trickling down from Corsicana and now it just looks like a ghost town. Population of roughly 1400 people is crazy to hear...I ended up in Calhoun, GA and this place is giant compared to Kerens with a population of roughly 18,000...i never knew my home town was so small.

Read the fine print when signing up. There is often a $70 "initiation fee" then a $52 "annual fee", this effectively adds another $10.16 per month (($70+$52)/12)) the first year then $4.33 per month subsequent years so the $9.99/month advertised is much lower than what you'll actually pay. First year will effectively be $20.16/month then $14.33/month effectively after the first year. That's almost 50% more than advertised!

I live outside of the Austin area and we have 2 Osage trees on our homestead. As Louisiana Creole @03:29 your not 100% correct Bois d Arc means wood -arrow in French. I think it really suppose to be arch of wood. I think the name is a mangle of Indian and French words but who knows. Either way a good video and explanation.

The thing I hate the most about this town, is the way the name is (mis)pronounced. It’s spelled like KARENS but they say KERNS. I don’t get it and never will. And I’ll never mispronounce it.

They don’t. You have access to all the amenities. The only thing you don’t have access to is multiple gyms, I know because I tried 😅 but the sauna and pool as well as classes you can use. I pay $10 with taxes been paying that for the past two years.
