Details of the Complaint: Misuse of Installments: Despite paying installments regularly over the past four years, Blue World City has failed to utilize these funds for the development of the Overseas block. Instead, the funds have been diverted to purchasing additional land, further cheating thousands of innocent customers who expected timely possession. Unfair Development Charges: When the time for possession arrived, the scheme imposed exorbitant development charges of Rs 2,30,000 per marla. This misuse of funds has left the scheme underdeveloped and investors without possession of their plots. Violence and Intimidation: There have been reports of hired Afghan security guards by Chaudhry Naeem Ejaz engaging in violent activities, including the killing of 17 villagers and the forced eviction of residents from their ancestral lands. These actions have created an atmosphere of fear and disturbance in the area. Requested Actions: Investigate the fraudulent activities and misuse of funds by Blue World City and its management. Take immediate action to ensure the development of the Overseas block and the timely possession of plots by investors. Address the imposition of unfair development charges and provide relief to the affected investors. Hold Saad Nazir and Chaudhry Naeem Ejaz accountable for their actions and ensure justice for the victims of their fraudulent activities. Ensure the protection of residents and investors from violence and intimidation by the scheme's security personnel. I have attached supporting documents, including payment receipts and plot allotment letters, to substantiate my claims. I urge you to take swift action to protect the interests of innocent investors and bring the responsible parties to justice. Thank you for your attention to this matter. The people of Pakhtoonkhwa and all investors deserve justice and fair treatment. The government's response to this situation will be a test of its commitment to upholding the rule of law and protecting its citizens' rights.
