EW music, hello. The phoneme sounds cool. But there is a question. Where do you get Florian's complete phonemes without unnecessary sounds? I tried to do it, but it didn't work.

This kind of sounds like, to me anyway, what the demo could have been if Ralf and Florian had confidence with what they were making and had direction when they made the demos of Techno Pop and Sex Object, since it was their uncertainty that got that version scrapped for do-overs that used then-new music hardware from what I recall being said by Karl and Wolfgang in interviews. I do wonder though if they do have the demo versions in archive, they just don't have a need or desire to release them, since most bootleg recordings sound like the beginning is partly cut off, plus it'd be nice to get them in high quality audio after so long.

As much as I enjoy the 1983 and 1986 versions, I always thought that we lacked a transition version that combined elements from both.

@@EWormMusic I think I feel a similar deal with House Phone, though it's more similar to your shortened version of Techno Pop, where if I was covering House Phone, I'd maybe include elements from the later half of the extended version of Telephone Call so House Phone doesn't feel so empty. But all that'd really be is just adjusting House Phone to fit in the automated error message voices from that later half of Telephone Call, since there's not much else to include.

kraftwerk is interesting to me, it seems they can communicate using a language based on numbers or algebra. during my teens years which was in the early 80's maybe late 70's, at night i could hear talking yet it was fast and not clear in its message, like multiple radio stations. the church I ran away from, would say to us young people, "Do you hear chatter at night! Those are demons!" Well, it wasn't, it was Kraftwerk. Unfortunately, I heard what a person with demons sounds like...its almost like its trying imitate something in the universe. thank you, kraftwerk

Or you could hang out at any Haltestelle in Germany and ask any random bloke, perhaps of a certain age, who'll be nigh on guaranteed to sing/intone the lyrics of any Kraftwerk track in a word~perfect manner.
@crowblunt5365 ай бұрын
hard thing abt making kraftwerk sounds is it came out from the rarest machine item they could probably have back in the 80's and they could only make any types of sounds as futuristic as possible to them, and now in any modern equipment or any available samples from devices it's hard to create that rare pieces from the 80's. And i'm actually surprised that you'd able to make that acid bassline that anybody can't make.

How to make the same synthesised voice as you and kraftwerk used in the beginning? Where can i find that "voice generator"?
@NikolayZubkov7 ай бұрын
"Ra-di-oo-akti-vi-taet" - Ralf's voice I believe. Somebody confirm of deny please. City names - Florian recorded himself saying each phoneme separately and then slapped them together, forming words. Karl Bartos actually did that as well with one of his tracks, I don't remember the name of it, but it's very easy to find. "Stop Radioaktivitaet" - Robovox, aka an extension for Votrax that allows to pitch shift each phoneme separately (or even vocode the Votrax phonemes with an external carrier!). This only exists as a hardware.
