it's funny, I went back and watched this movie not too long ago, and it was a lot funnier and poignant than I remembered from the theaters. I guess I was too naive and hopeful back then, and didn't have the benefit of seeing the world as an adult looking back (I was freshly 18 or 19 when this movie came out.) now I can appreciate each of the character's fears and flaws, even Ryan Reynolds' character, and I can much better laugh at the criticisms of disposable materialist entertainment-oriented consumerism, especially set against the backdrop of arrogant industrialism and pollution (2:18), as well as the frustrated cynicism and loneliness of the Trotskyite character. I also remember being disappointed about the $7 I spent to see this movie in theaters, but this was a much better movie than American Ultra, which I ended up being slapped with a piracy fine for, was pretty crap, and also starred Eisenberg and Stewart. Cool video, thanks.

Viva las Elvis! A fantastic mashup with the stunning Ann-Margaret (who looked this fantastic and athletic in the pre-workout era), and of course Knocks and Dragonette for their killer track. A great complement to the official video, which is also superb. FYI Ann-Margaret later survived a horrific accident (fall off a scaffold) that required reconstructive surgery, including on her face; she made a comeback but was never quite the same afterwards.
