I am considering to buy s9 as well. But my concern is the 128gb internal memory because it will fill up quickly. Did you get 256 or 128gb version?

Hey I just got the 256gb version but to be honest internal memory isn't really an issue as these tablets allow for expandable external storage with a micro sd card! I had a 1TB sd card on mine before I switched to the iPad (i miss this feature btw)

@@RobbySanchez8 since i am planning to use the tablet to replace my laptop as well (i am tired of carrying a laptop everywhere), do you think 8gb of ram is enough? I will mostly use it to take notes, run a lot of tabs on chrome, make presentation and make documents.

@@RobbySanchez8 the s10+ is too big. I need something more portable, and s9 is still more affordable. Portability comes first for me, so i think 11 inch tablet like tab s9 is the most ideal size for me.

@@tomiwijaya3850 agreed as well 11inch is the perfect size for me. Well the tab s9 does have that expandable storage so I dont think you have anything to worry about. 1TB micro sd card is what I had on mine and i never even got it to fill up to half HAHA

Yep I did. The reason for the swap was because I have been using Samsung for many years now and I just wanted to try and experience a new ecosystem. And unlike more popular channels I can't have all these devices all the same time so I really have to transition and buy these gadgets slowly at a time! Thanks for asking, this was a good question!

hey! I don't know if you're knowledgeable on this, but wanted an external opinion before making a purchase. I currently have the 2020 model of the tab s6 lite, which I've had since 2021, and it's recently stopped receiving updates, and it's becoming quite slow. As an artist and student, i'm thinking of upgrading my tablet, and i thought ipads might be a good idea. I've never owned an apple product before, and i'm not sure what ipad will best suit my needs. I'll be drawing, of course, taking notes for classes and using it to see my schoolbooks, along with maybe some occasional gaming? I'm really not good with device specs or anything of sort, so if anyone could help out I'd appreciate it! I'll mention that i'm on somewhat of a budget, so i really don't want to go for anything that's too much more expensive than 550 (what i have saved so far)

Thank you for this very informative review. I've been researching tablets for the past couple of months as I want to replace my tired ol' MacBook air. I've had my eyes on the Tab S 9 for awhile and saw that it's on sale and will buy it tomorrow. Also, I appreciate your tips on using a third party origami style cover which I will get as well; as you said - the O.EM. covers aren't worth the money. Best wishes good fellow.
